Anomaly scan across 13 months of history
We pull your AWS Cost and Usage Reports and Azure cost exports for the past 13 months and run anomaly detection per service per account. Daily resolution. We surface the top 20 highest-confidence anomalies with the dollar impact attached.
Top cost drivers by service and account
Where the money actually goes. Compute, storage, data transfer, managed databases, the long tail of small services that adds up to 12% of the bill that nobody is watching.
Reserved Instance and Savings Plan coverage
How much of your AWS compute is on RIs or Savings Plans, what coverage you would need to break even, and which families have lapsed commitments. Same for Azure Reserved VM Instances and Savings Plans.
Tag hygiene and untagged spend
How much of your monthly bill cannot be attributed to a team or service because the resources have no tags, wrong tags, or tags that drift between environments. Usually 20 to 40% on a first pass.

How it works

Ten-minute setup
AWS: deploy our CloudFormation stack into one account (or your management account for org-wide visibility). It creates a read-only IAM role we assume. Azure: register a service principal with Reader and Cost Management Reader on the subscriptions you choose.

Day 1 to 3: ingest
We pull 13 months of cost and usage data. Around 50 GB of CUR and Azure exports for a typical $200K/mo customer. No data leaves your tenants except the metrics we need.

Day 3 to 12: analysis
Our system builds the per-service baseline, runs anomaly detection, and queues the top findings for review. Our team reviews them by hand before sending. We do not ship false positives to your inbox.

Day 14: report
You get the PDF and the spreadsheet. We tear down the IAM role and service principal at your request. If you want to keep the access live and convert to Starter, we waive the first month.
What it costs you
Nothing. You spend 10 minutes on the IAM role setup and 30 minutes on the optional walkthrough call. If our findings are not worth the time, you owe us nothing and we tear down the access.
If you want to keep the alerts running afterwards, we waive the first month of Starter or Growth. That is the only thing we ask.
